Fetch Digital Passport Stolen Status

This endpoint allows you to check if a digital passport is stolen.

• URL: POST - {{url}}/lostAndStolen/isStolen
  
• Body: certificateId - Token ID of the digital passport (blockchain identification number) to be checked for stolen.
  
• Success: The status is returned.
